        The staff is very friendly and helpful in picking out glasses. My only complaint is when you go to pick up glasses you have to wait in the same line as the people who are picking out glasses. I waited over an hour for a pickup that literally took 45 seconds. They need to hire someone to only do pickups or pause in between initial customers to handle pickups as they come in.
