My experience at Visionworks Optical in Huntington Mall, Barboursville, WV, was mixed. Initially, Trey, the Manager, and the Lady who assisted me during pickup were helpful and informative. However, when I returned due to persistent blurriness, an Older Gentleman with a bad attitude suggested tilting my chin up, which didn't resolve the issue. Despite cleaning the glasses and a brief test, he stated it was the best he could do. This led me to return the glasses for a refund, leaving me disappointed, especially considering the 100-day adjustment period. The contrasting experiences with Trey and the Lady make me question if there were alternative solutions.

Even with insurance glasses were pricey and was not able to use the promo buy one pair get one pair 50% off due to the high cost dont think I will be back

The lady that consulted with me was super helpful! My glasses are already ready and it hasnt even been five days! One thing I will say is that the older man that works in there is a tad rude. I was very kind and he was very short. Didnt want to seem bothered with me.

Very helpful but don't do eye exam, but there are two eye doctors at the mall. They just take prescription to make eye glasses
