This place and the people there are AWESOME!!! At the top of November '23 I switched to T-mobile, got a phone and home internet. I could not be happier! I had centurylink internet that was awful, now I have the best service I've ever had! Please know that I am very low-tech and no one made me feel less for it. Terry and Brad got all my info transferred to the new phone and were excellent to work with. A wonderful woman (forgot to get her name) helped me understand hot spot and also taught me how to use it with my laptop. I am extremely happy that I lucked out and choose the right place to start my T-mobile life with. Huge thank you to all of the employees. Nice, fun and friendly vibe here. You should ALL get raises!!!!!

I took my mil to this store to fix a problem with her #. Sarah helped us she was very courteous efficient and accurate, Sarah may look like a princess but really she is a rock star

Excellent customer, my husband and I went in on a Tuesday and were quickly given the Tuesday freebie by Lewis. I didn't remember that was a thing on Tuesdays. We went in to enquire about upgrading our phones. We were promptly greeted by Lewis & Anahi. We didn't have time to complete the transaction, so we made an appointment to come back the following Saturday and complete our transaction with Anahi. When we got in on Saturday, Anahi was there with a friendly smile and remembered us right away. While we were talking with Anahi, Terry, the store manager, came out and greeted us as well. He was also very friendly. Both treated us as friends. Very personable, and I would highly recommend anyone going to see Terry and his team. Great group of associates. As we all know, great customer service like this is sadly hard to find!!
