Lifetime Windows & Doors

Very happy with Lifetime Windows and Doors, starting with consultant Tate and installers Kai, Zack and Tom. I had a french door installed to a sunroom along with a window and slider. They look fabulous and the guys were meticulous with detail and discussed when needed.

The product and installation: Our windows and sliding door look excellent and more importantly work! Our new windows do an excellent job of maintaining cool or warm air in our house (which was not the case with our 34 year old windows). I feel that the product (Milgard) and installation (LWD) were both top notch. Customer Service: outstanding! Our first impression of LWD was with Tate Woodford (a sales consultant). We got four different bids and Tate spent twice the amount of time talking with us as any other company. He also noticed features of our old windows which nobody else noticed. The time spent with us and his approach really sold us. For installation, Kai Anderson was our main installer and he was equally is communicative and helpful. At several points we interrupted him with questions. Each time we had a question he was patient and always had the answer. He showed up when expected and worked around our schedule in the house (moving room to room so we could continue working at home). I couldnt recommend working with Kai more. LWD was great and we would recommend them to our friends and family. Also, veteran owned business is a plus!
