Home Services at The Home Depot

I recently had 3 doors I'd purchased through Home Depot installed by Kraft Screens and Window per the recommendation of Mike in the Door dept. Mike arranged the install, Kraft called me to set a date and time. The installers were at my house earlier than the time I had requested. I am beyond happy, the installers did such a beautiful job installing each and every door. 2 exterior and 1 fire door...and I am picky. They cleaned up after themselves. They were professional, friendly and even put the doors into my pick-up per my request so that I could pass them on. Thanks fellas for a job well done.

Disappointed. Went to buy kitchen cabinets to add additional storage to our kitchen. Lady in cabinet department talked down to us like we were stupid. Was not helpful at all. Would rate no stars if you had that. Will buy cabinets somewhere else.

Keep flaking out on delivering my refrigerator- it's been almost a month now. They were supposed to come today but pushed it back again and said in a week "at the earliest," meaning more than a week. They left multiple voicemails last week saying it was coming then and then they never showed up. When I called they said they didn't know why I got those calls and that it would be delivered today. It took me a long time to get an answer today on the time window and then they finally said they don't have it. They are offering me a discount upon tithe installation, whenever that's happening, but won't tell me what the discount is?? No thanks, taking my business elsewhere and I suggest you all do the same.
