If it were just the service provided, then it would be 3 stars. However, even though I never had any intent on using them for rebuild, they slid it into the contract that they get 10% of insurance money for no work. There was never any attempt to fix or rebuild and we waited 3 months for work to begin. Definitely don't recommend this company. They overcharge your insurance and have no desire to fix. Very disappointed with this unscrupulous business. House was left with holes in walls, floor and trash piled in my sons bedroom.
