        What an amazing company and customer service! I had my basement waterproofed over two years ago now and yesterday our sump pump stopped working all of a sudden. Darren was very responsive and fit us in same day to replace it. Can not say enough good things. Was very reasonably priced as well when we had the drain system put in in the first place :)

        Pacific Waterproofing waterproofed my crawl space two years ago. Our crawlspace flooded every year since we bought our house. The last two years our crawl space has been dry! Their bid was cheeper than other bids we got and they showed up on time and cleaned up when they were done. Best money weve ever spent.

        We had Darren put in a french drain on one side of our house because water was coming into our finished basement when it rains. It was working for about a year until it stopped working. Given that Pacific Waterproofing guarantees their work, I've been trying to get a hold of him through text and phone call, but unfortunately he has not returned any of my calls back.
