You never know or realize how good a company or its employees are until their services assist you beyond a reasonable level of expectation to remedy a major problem when you are dealing with the incompetence of another company. I recently had the privilege of being assisted by Rayford and Camille to help me with the return of product shipped to me that I was unsatisfied with. I followed to the letter the instructions that the other company instructed to go through UPS and for almost 2 hours on the phone with that company could not get my merchandise returned because their computer misstated how my product was shipped and to be returned. From the very beginning of entering UPS, these great people assisted me with getting multiple large boxes out (I am disabled) to recognizing the problem and even trying at my request to walk that company through on my cell phone about their shortcomings to remedy the proper shipping procedures and labels processed and following up the next day with a personal phone call to assure me that the order got on the truck, they were beyond extraordinary and just fantastic! And a shout out to an unknown UPS driver who assisted them with a final shipping label that met the other companies criteria but they somehow couldnt figure out to do. While I was there, I observed every other person come in and out promptly dropping off packages, access personal PO Boxes, or purchase shipping or limited office and printing supplies and work for their own needs. I have always felt that UPS stood for a name that you could trust but was not expecting the level of both quality and service that I received to remedy a situation that would have been much much worse or perhaps possible without their expertise.

this location has failed me on multiple occasions.
today i went in to ship internationally and was given an estimate of $370 to ship a shoe sized box to germany. the same box i took down the street to usps & was given 3 very different rates under $100. the three employees working all thought it was pretty funny how upset i was at the nearly $400 estimate. i would never recommend this ups location to anyone in the neighborhood.

I LOVE this UPS store. I have been to other UPS stores but this particular store (7196) the people are SO nice and caring. I have never had to wait long and they take the time to answer any questions and do so with a smile.

This is quite possibly the rudest service I have ever received. Lupe must hate her job. She didnt even acknowledge me and every time I asked her a question she mumbled something incoherent and wouldnt even look me in the eye. She then handed me my receipt without a word. So rude!! I will never do any business here again.

I gave up on all other area UPS Stores, especially Camas and Washougal ones due to being dirty and very miserable staff. This store is AMAZING! They are helpful, have smiles on their faces, and are fast and knowledgeable about what they are doing. Keep up the great work, youve got a customer for life if you do. By the way, I pass two UPS stores to get to this one.
