Yes, they were helpful there. Important information for everybody out there. Do not ever pay for 3 day delivery They do not guarantee it. They only guarantee next day air. Because that is they don't make any money on a $35 up charge. Which I think is bullShit, so don't do it. Otherwise the staff add up that particular station. We're great..

Edit: It appears that the weather delay explanations for service disruptions are not entirely convincing. It would be beneficial for the company to reassess its priorities and response strategies. Despite numerous attempts to communicate through calls, emails, and social media, the consistent response has been a "weather delay", which seems questionable. The delivery of my package, which was sent via 2nd day air, is now overdue by 3 days. Notably, there haven't been any significant weather events since 1/22, while my package reached the hub on 1/25, yet I still have not received the package. The performance of the local and regional distribution management is deeply concerning and appears to be a case of significant mismanagement. The customer service experience has also been extremely disappointing. I have faced issues such as being abruptly disconnected, transferred to non-English speaking lines, and enduring excessively long hold times. This level of service is frustrating, especially considering the premium paid for what was promised to be efficient delivery.

They will hold your package here for days and say that it's delayed due to inclement weather... My package has been here for 6 days. The delivery address is 5 minutes away. They say it's due to inclement weather, but its been sunny and 70 for a week.
