        Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The store manager Margarita was absolutely unhelpful from the very start as if I was wasting her precious time when I called to rent a unit today. She was rude and unhelpful and negative from the very start as I explained what my needs were and what I was looking for when renting a unit. She made the experience so bad for me that I'm tempted to stop all future business with Extra Space solely based on this one interaction with this "manager". I have another unit at a different location that I honestly like and enjoy. But if this is how the company treats it's tenants then I think I will look elsewhere to store my property.

        Went to extra storage in Salmon Creek today and spoke with Ken Williams. It was a wonderful experience, knowledgeable, which was quite helpful. The process of renting my unit went smoothly and only took a few moments of my time. I recommend Ken for storage questions at extra storage.
