I remember when This facility 1st opened. I immediately LOVED the front Gates !!! Nobody has Frontage Security Gates like these ! Beyond Impressive. The Manager Alicia is Very Professional / friendly as well. Nearly 5 years later it Still looks BRAND NEW !! SHARP n KLEEEEEEEEN !!

I needed a small unit in a hurry because of work being done on our house. The reservation process was a breeze on their website. I reserved a unit for the next day and when that day came Kayla called to make sure it was not a mistake. When I drove to the site Kayla was very friendly and knows her business. She made the process easy and took the time to make sure the unit I reserved was actually what I was looking for. It is awesome working with them. That was four years ago. Today I closed out the unit because we no longer need it and to save a few dollars. During the past four years the staff has always been friendly, professional, and willing to help any way they can including the prevention of a theft after someone broke into the unit I was renting. I can't speak highly enough about my positive experience with Storage Works.
