She helped me buy a home while representing the seller. She was gracious and polite and did not charge me anything as the seller was paying. I had a VA loan approved so seller paid closing costs. She stepped in and helped me close on the deal and she did not receive anything or bill me for anything. This lady is very kind and courteous and getting you into your new home is all that matters. I was and continue to be very impressed. Bless her heart!

Tracy is the best .. top notch professional. With both houses she found me, she knew as well as I did which ones I was going to like or not. She really kept an open mind making sure she knew exactly what I wanted and needed. I loved everything about my experiences with her and would not go with anyone but her.

Tracy was the most knowledgeable, patient realtor ever. It took me forever to find the right home for me and Tracy never once was impatient or pushy.
