Summer was a godsend. I found myself in a less than ideal situation needing to replace my agent during the sale of my home and acreage. Summer was highly recommended and so I asked for her to advise on this challenging transition. She set me up with a terrific agent in my area and Summer remained involved and was a huge support during the entire process of listing and selling my home. I basically got to have two agents, both of which were amazing. She couldnt have made me feel more at ease and considered. She is not only very knowledgeable but also treats you like a friend and advocates for you as such. She told me early on in our relationship that real estate transactions dont have to be stressful and they shouldnt be. Like many, that wasnt my experience- until I worked with Summer. I couldnt recommend her enough!
