We were re-locating from California to Vancouver. Our realtor in California found Jodie in a network of realtors emphasizing best practices and ethics and boy are we glad he recommended her to us. From the beginning Jodie showed us houses in our price range and pointed out the pros and cons of each one. We fell in love with one that was cosmetically great but Jodie had reservations and thru her contacts in the industry we discovered some hidden flaws so we passed. We found one we wanted and she helped us price our offer competitively. We tied for first out of five offers and, again, Jodie helped us price our offer and we won! Jodie's contacts for inspections helped the buying process go smoothly and we closed the deal. We felt confident that our interests were protected all thru the home buying process.
