Safeway Pharmacy

This pharmacy used to be really good, but they have let go several of the people that made it good. Now the pharmacist in charge is rude, disrespectful and has no customer service skills. Plus, they never answer their phone even when other pharmacist or doctors are calling them to make correction or fix their mess up. They will also charge your insurance for a medication that they can't fill just to keep the ability to be paid for that medication. Done with this Safeway Pharmacy (Salmon Creek, Vancouver, WA)!

Terrible service! "forgot to order my prescription from their wholesale" is what I was told. Also put me on hold for 20 minutes and then when they picked up they hung up on me. Then the Pharmacist asked why I'm in need of a certain drug in front of other people in line at the store. Which she does not need to know why I need the drug, just simply fill what the doctor prescribes the patient. It's not the pharmacies job to ask for my medical reasons. I felt like this was a hipaa violation. I highly recommend anyone to see a different pharmacy. Worst pharmacy in Vancouver.

Stop gate keeping medical supplies that don't require a prescription. You inconvenience people for zero reason and are the only ones doing it.

Have always had great service here. Pharmacists have gone above and beyond helping with any questions I might have or concerns in general. Kristi specifically has been very friendly and timely.
