It is with great disappointment that I must report an incident involving Penny, a pharmacist who has demonstrated a concerning level of racism. Despite having received the same medication from her establishment for the past 10 months, Penny refused to refill my prescription and even went so far as to delete my medication and refill history from my account. Adding insult to injury, she had the audacity to send a prior authorization too address the issue on a Sunday evening. When I reached out to inquire about the situation, Penny was unresponsive and unhelpful, stating that nothing was processing for me at that time. This behavior is unacceptable and goes against the principles of professionalism and respect that should be upheld in the medical field. It is imperative that all individuals, regardless of their race or ethnicity, receive equal and fair treatment when seeking medical care. I urge the establishment to take appropriate action to address this issue and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.

I will give zero stars if there is a zero star for a pharmacist that works on the weekends. She lacks the necessary knowledge(common sense).

Pretty helpful staff usually although the wait time for meds can be 10 mins standing in line Or in drive thru.
