What an amazing place to work!!! Great pay! Amazing staff that truely care about the residents. A management team that actually listens and cares about there staff. Legacy AFH has magament that wants whats best for the residents, not just what's going to make them the most money. We are able to give a very high standard of care without feeling like you are neglecting your other residents. Other positive aspects, in 2 years I have never worked short (management will come in to ensure this). Nursing ratios of 1 nurse to 5 residents. Plus they have an amazing exspresso machine .

Where to begin?? Legacy Adult Family Home is exactly that, a home. Coming in to work in such a wonderful environment makes you feel like you are coming home. From the provider to the administrators to each and every single staff member, there is teamwork, communication, collaboration, respect, and support. I have never felt so proud to be a part of such an incredible team! The care provided for each resident goes above and beyond anything you will ever see. Legacy AFH will provide your loved one with the highest standard of care. The staff are warm, friendly, and welcoming, as well as very knowledgeable in every aspect of care in this vent home. Staff provide excellent care with a high degree of compassion for their residents. Both Serge and Tim go above and beyond in ensuring that your loved one is well taken care of. The main focus of this home is preventative care. Rest assured that your loved one will feel comfortable, safe, and most of all, loved and cared for. The home itself is very warm and inviting and very well maintained. If you're looking for a vent home for your loved one, look no further!

Great place to work, management cares, and workload isnt too much. You get a lot of support here and it pays well! The workload balance is effective to promote quality care as you have more time to devote to each resident. Dont worry if youve never worked with Vents, training is thorough/prepares you well and you will always have someone with you. I have never had a more positive and supportive work environment than here. The whole team is great! I dont think any other AFH facilities in the area compare to this one (in both quality of care for resident and in care for employees)we also have an espresso maker. I would not hesitate to recommend to both healthcare workers and families looking for a safe/caring place for a loved one. Nothing bad to say about this place.
