        From beginning to end, the process of getting pre-approved - finding out the numbers and what to expect - straight to closing (in 3 weeks, I might add!) - the process was fast, easy, and Paula and her team made it painless. Using the Washington Bond program/First Time Homebuyer program can be very daunting but their professionalism and knowledge made it pain free. Thank you! I'm looking forward to my new home at the Beach! :)
