I cannot say enough great things about Leslie Catabay at Guild Mortgage. From the moment we reached out to her for pre-approval, she was on top of everything and guided us through the entire process with ease. Leslie took the time to understand our needs and budget, and structured multiple loan scenarios for us to consider based on the purchase price and down payment requirements. She was even able to help us close a week earlier than expected, which was such a pleasant surprise. Her attention to detail and expertise in the industry truly set her apart.
Not only was Leslie a pleasure to work with, but her communication style is second to none. She kept us informed every step of the way and was always available to answer any questions we had. Her professionalism and dedication to her clients is truly commendable.

Working with Leslie for the loan on my new home was a very pleasant experience. I was apprehensive and intimidated by all of the details, but Leslie's knowledge and enthusiasm reassured me throughout the process. I am very satisfied with the mortgage for my new home!
Leslie was responsive and available to answer any questions or concerns that I had. She was sincerely interested in making sure I understood all aspects of the loan and what to expect during each stage of the approval process.

I was referred to Leslie for our mortgage due to her love for working with first-time home buyers and she did not disappoint. Right from the start she was available at all time of the day and week to aid in making the home buying process as smooth as possible. Leslie was a great communicator with us, as the buyers, and our realtor. With weekly checks ins via phone and email I was always kept up to date with the process of our loan and the buying process. With the help of Leslie and her team, we were able to buy our first home in less then two months from the start of the process to the finish.
