        RT Juan is informative, professional, and, most importantly, personable. He is attentive to getting me the right equipment in a reasonable amount of time. He checks in regularly on equipment and prescriptions and communicates well.

        There customer service is the worst they promised to call back. Doesn't happen never.its as if they don'tcalls just hold want or need your business take my advice go somewhat else if I wasn't locked in with my CPAP machine, I would trust me quicker than a cat can lick its butt been on hold for45 minutes no answer to my phone just on hold worst in state

        At this point my review is only due to today's experience and not the past years experience which would be zero stars. The 5 stars is specifically for Kylie in the call center. She was kind, helpful with a positive attitude and came through with deliverables correcting a year+ errors on Norco's part. Keep up the great work Kylie because of you I feel there might be light at the end of the tunnel. You deserve a bonus!! Beth
