I drove all the way across town only to discover that they decided to change their hours without telling anyone, including their contracted companies. It was 10 minutes until their new close time and all they said was "sorry" repeatedly. Absolutely no respect for my time or owning their poor change management. I won't ever go back. Who even knows if they'll decide to be open.

By far worst customer service Ive ever experienced and thats saying alot. Not only do they not answer their phone but I called and they said they close at 5. I got there at 4:05 but apparently walk in stops at 4 which I was not told when I called. I had to get my hcg levels checked for an ectopic pregnancy. Which has to be done on the 4th day and is VERY important. Can be life threatening if my levels are wrong. The worker (older man, very rude) pretty much told me to F off and he wouldnt help me even tho I walked in with a written order from my doctor and literally needed my blood drawn is all. Now Im off to the ER to do it because everywhere else will actually be closed by the time I get there. So thanks.

Even One Star is not worth for this office place. Called to find the lab result, and customer support #3 kept back to the operator. She just hung up the call 2 times. And there is no way you can speak to the live agent. Emailed out the inquiry question, but nothing comes back. I am so frustrated. I hope you change better. Seriously.

Very polite and welcoming people working there. I am a hard stick, but the professionals there were very kind and helpful. Looking forward to trying the old poke and draw again real soon. :)(IV blood test references)
