Sea Mar Vancouver Medical Clinic - Fourth Plain

If I could give zero stars I would- Firstly, the reception staff are beyond rude and unprofessional. Appointments never get made or they get scheduled incorrectly. Ive had providers no show on me then the clinic marked me as a no show twice, even after I spoke to 2 different supervisors. I have been hung up on, argued with and treated like garbage. Im shocked a clinic like this is still in practice with all these awful reviews. I havent been able to be appropriately seen and treated due to the issues with this clinic and all their other locations! Unfortunately, this is the only clinic DHS patients can go to in this area. Very sad, try to avoid if possible. Management is aware of these issues but refuses to make changes.

My name is Jessica and I've been going to this location for almost half a year now and I can honest say that it's been rely a good experience so far simply because of the care and kindness that Dr Johnson and his wonderful staff have showed me I've never had a Dr and his amazing team truly care and go above and beyond to. Make each time I come in wonderful Dr Johnson has made me fill heard and seen with whatever issues I need help with I truly fill greatful to have such amazing care from him and his medical team just an example of the hard work John who is a medical assistant yesterday helped me find my documents that was supposed to be faxed off and went above and beyond what was required of him just so he could insure my paperwork was faxed off he didn't have to do that he could have said no thanks were closed but instead he made sure that I had everything I needed!! I promise you that most other medical offices would not go above and beyond lile that and thats just the truth so again thank u to JHON WHO HELPED ME YESTERDAY AND THANK YOU TO DR JOHNSON AND HIS AMAZING MEDICAL TEAM AND THEN TO EVERY NURCE AND ASSISTANT HERE AT SEAmar you guys are truly amazing and truly deserve the recognition ,

I had a friend call to cancel my appointment....the receptionist was so rude to her as if she is refusing to cancel. I am an elderly senior and not impressed with this type of negative behavior. Please cancel appointment for Jan. 24 st 9 am with Dr. Huckett.

My father is in poor health and is getting worse every day. I am power of attorney so I can assist him with things like doctors appointments and such, but I also have a HIPPA release so I can talk to Seamar on his behalf. Its been a nightmare trying to get him help. I plead for them to help him and all I ever get is Ill put in a note for the doctor and we will call you back its been months and we still havent even started on getting him the medical care he needs. Im heartbroken and at a complete loss. Seamar is failing their patients
