        I am a loyal patient of this clinic but today was very disappointing. I have always been aware there is a 15 minute grace period for being late, today I was told its 10 minutes. I arrived to the office at 10:49, my appointment was at 10:40. I start speaking with the front desk lady at 10:51 and after she saw my time slot she said there is nothing they can do and that she'll need to reschedule. 1 minute late it's ridiculous to cancel an appointment when as patients we have experienced the doctors being late to our appointments before and we have not complained. Then she proceeded to give me a list of all the places they can see me same day for physical appointments and none of the places had the availability. I am still baffled about the incident, I have stood in line beforeaking me late for the appointment but it was never a problem, today was just disappointing.

        Terrible clinic! They are so over worked and understaffed they misdiagnose patients, over medicate and are rude when you bring it to their attention! You are better off getting a provider with a smaller case load, who can actually take care of you! Dr. Wooden is the worse! So whatever you do dont get her!

        When after a rooster punctured a hole in my foot and was unable to walk. I was given antibiotics and supposed to also get an anti inflammatory. They refused to give anything for pain. Went to pick up the two and they only called in the Antibiotics. Called the office to get the anti inflammatory and they said sure we will do that right away. 4 hours later nothing. They are now closed. Call there after hours doctor and they refuse to fill it. Said I should go to the ER! I was just at the GD doctor to get some relief but no. Worst healthcare I have ever received.
