        Honestly an amazing instructor with a lot of knowledge and skill. His kickboxing and bjj classes are some of the best Ive ever taken. I cant wait to return in spring to train with him again.

        I'll admit I was a bit intimidated walking into a gym full of guys and had no idea what I was getting myself into but it's a very relaxed atmosphere. John has made my friend and I feel comfortable, he makes sure we understand the moves and he let's us be our goofy selves haha. I recommend this gym to anyone who is interested in kickboxing or Jiu jitsu!
