I contacted John about replacing the heat lamp in my bathroom. He quoted his rate on the phone and scheduled my appointment right then. Prior to his arrival, I texted him about the possibility of completing other various small repairs during our appointed time. He agreed. He arrived right on time and worked efficiently and productively. John did a great job on everything! I asked him about future projects (my bathroom floors). He took measurements, provided recommendations and an estimated cost. John was a pleasure to have in my home and a very nice guy! I'll definitely be hiring him again.
