Ive never had such stellar service. I cant recommend Ponderosa Garage Doors enough. Kirk went above and beyond explaining every detail to me. He was honest and transparent, gave multiple quotes and options for work needed, was extremely friendly, and took pride in his work. Thank you so much and please continue setting the bar for other businesses, because you are blowing them out of the water in many regards.

Kurt and Michael arrived on time to go over the options of a new garage door opener for us today. They did an excellent job installing it and make sure we knew how to operate it after they did the safety inspection.

We had our garage replace by two very neat and completely amazing young men, Jesse and Ryder. They were respectful of my husband's medical condition and let him supervise the installation. I cannot say enough about these two young men as they were professional, hard working, answered questions, they bantered with my husband, so I made them cookies as a thank you. Ponderosa Garage Doors is very luck to have them as employees and I was impressed with the professional manner we were treated . My husband and myself were treated with respect from the 1st visit with Ken though the installation. Thank you for your help.
