Ponderosa Garage Doors

The gentleman from Ponderosa was able to stop by the same day I called thankfully as the spring on the door had broken. He had everything he needed on his truck and was able to fix and improve my rails/wheels/spring. I appreciated that he told me options and the cost of each but did not pressure me to do more than needed. I would definitely recommend Ponderosa :)

Ken responded within hours of the unfortunate incident with my garage door which had my van stuck in the garage the day I needed to leave for Seattle. He came out and fixed the garage door so that my van could come out and I could drive to my son's sporting event. Thank you, Ken!

Woke up this morning to a broken spring and couldn't get the door opened and get my car out! Called Ponderosa first thing and Teal came out just a couple hours later and had the spring replaced in no time! Very happy with their service.

They were timely, very friendly, and did a great job tuning up our garage door. Ive lived in my house for 16 years and its never run so smoothly! Pricing is fair and reasonable.
