Dr Hartinger was very professional polite and courteous but after having a small issue with one of my referrals and having to call back I had a very unpleasant experience with one of the office ladies being rude and making me feel like I was somehow annoying her. Hopefully the office manager reads these reviews and cracks the issue because I would like to keep seeing that doctor but I prefer not to deal with rude secretaries. I have been Dr. Hartinger's patient for a number of years, and I found him to be competent, caring, and very aware of new medical developments. He is, in short, what one should expect from a general practitioner.

This doctor doesnt deserve even one star. He had a zoom appointment with me had no clue who I was. Even though Ive seen him numerous times along with other Providence Providers in his office. He is a doctor that is just in it for the money and pushs his patients through with no results. He doesnt take your history in to account as a patient; he doesnt even read patient notes to become familiar with his patients he pushs his ideals even though a previous Speciality Provider found results that work so he can pocket extra money. He doesnt care about his Patients health he care about is ideals and political beliefs. Prior to becoming disabled in 2014 I worked in the medical feild. Theres good and bad Doctors he is definitely a doctor that will drain your pocket book even though your dealing with chronic issues that have been diagnoised. (In response to the owner) You should have fixed the problem with Mr. Hartinger in 2015. Per a review I read this is not the first time he treated a chronic ill Patient poorly. Patients shouldnt be treated bad especially those chroniclly ill. As I stated this wasnt the first time Ive seen this doctor so he should be familiar with my illness or at least read chart notes he was over 15 min late to a zoom call. If you cant provide a service because it against your beliefs maybe he shouldnt be a doctor. A patients care should always come first. He pushs more expenses to fill your wallets. Also stated in other reviews and have expieranced it myself in prior visits with him. Hes hindering patient lives not helping. I have a heart defect and had chest pains and my heart was racing. But your doctor doesnt care or follow up on a patients history prior to a appointment and with his carelessness could cost someone there life. This doctor doesnt deserve even one star.
