Cascade Family Medicine PS

Adding to my previous review as I was able to see Kristen this time for a facial following my IPL. She did a Luminesse vitamin C polish/scrub followed by an aloe Vera face mask and face massage and then a vitamin C mask with ultrasound followed by a red light treatment with a hyaluronic acid moisterizer. Almost fell asleep with the massage/heat and relaxation and my face feels and looks great! I think this is going to be a new monthly habit much to my husband chagrin! But totally worth it.

My carrier says this office is accepting new patients so I left them a message on Wednesday November 27, and they finally called back on Monday December 2, and left me a message to call them back. So I called them back, and they said that they had only called back to tell me that they are not accepting new patients.  That doesn't make any sense.

I have been seeing Dr. Cook for several months now. I find this office extremely professional. You can catch good values on facial packages and product online on their Facebook page. Highly recommend Dr. Cook and her staff if you might be considering these type of professional services which might be more expensive but definitely worth the price.

Woke up one morning with what would turn out to be THE FLU. CFM isn't some urgent walk-in, but they got me in quick and MD Folz was assessing and discussing treatment options all within 29 minutes of walking thru the door. Professional staff, warm atmosphere. On a related note, THE FLU is brutal. I do not wish it on my worst enemy.

Fantastic service & experience! So grateful to my friend for referring me to Cascade Aesthetics & Aviation! As busy as my schedule is it was so convenient that Chris at the front desk was able to get me a same day appointment for a chemical peel. She even went the extra mile to provide answers to several questions I had before and after my appointment. My procedure was performed by Victoria who is extremely knowledgeable and thorough! She provided me with all the details of the process and what I should experience during and following my treatment. She also outlined options to achieve the best results for my acne and scaring issues. I am so thankful to this team of professionals for their service excellence and the results that were achieved!
