Horrible customer service. 2nd year in a row I have taken time off work to get my FluMist vaccine and both years, I arrive on time to my prescheduled appointment and leave without getting it. I don't receive a phone call or anything. Rite-Aid in general seems to have little care for anyone's time. WILL NEVER WALK INTO ANY RITE-AID AGAIN!

I love the 162nd Rite Aid, and I always go out of my way to come here. There are several other Rite Aids closer to me. Everyone is always so nice and helpful. Plus they always have what I need. Marquis, the assistant manager, was so helpful, and Laurie, the cashier was so friendly and all smiles. Thank you and see you soon!!!

Wonderful pharmacy with very helpful pharmacists and hands down the absolute quickest filling of walk in prescriptions ever! Average of less than 10 minutes every time from drop off to text msg telling me prescription is ready for pick up

stupid pharmacy, very slow, always have to wait, once I spent there a total of 5 hours, the second time, 2 hours, they cant get the prescription, although I have a message that the doctor sent it already 2 times, they say we dont have it, it doesnt matter I have to buy medicine with my own money because they say that my insurance does not cover it, although on the website of my insurance it says that this medicine is covered, but it shows me information from its program and it says it does not work even when I have to buy with my own money they are still very slow and I have to wait another 30 minutes it seems that they are doing all this specifically so that you do not use your insurance and they are making fun of you like this because they behave extremely defiantly
