Hello Linda, we believe you have a mistaken location - we don't rent rooms, have no cockroaches, and don't offer refunds - did you perpaps mean the apartment building? We are a convenience store and thankfully have never seen a cockroach on our premises. Hope you have a great day!

I Love my little corner store! The tall that works here is amaze and the younger gal I see frequently is a sweetheart! Everyone is so pleasant and always in a great mood. Thank you for being just a block away. I only wish there was more chilled wine and healthy snacks.

They had a sign out that said be right back with no time estimate?? Even if youre on a lunch break its NOT HARD to make a sign that says when youll be back, very unprofessional, will never return and Ill make sure literally any one I know will never shop here.

Hello Savannah,Occasionally we will put a sign up that reads "Back in 3 minutes" as the employees have to use the bathroom during their shift.I'm sorry this happened to line up with your visit. We try very hard to not be gone more than 3 minutes at a time. Many items are not priced, very unusual for any store, especially retail. Asked cashier why the products have no prices and she blamed the vendor. Apparently an outside vendor is responsible for pricing their items? Gave them months to fix it, and I stopped shopping there all together.

Hi Joe, it's an oddity of owning a store like ours that many don't know, yes the vendors set the prices. We get little say in the matter - same with the promotional buy two deals, and an example that may help clarify this is bags of chips often come with a price as part of the bag design / art. As a small family owned shop we often don't qualify for the deals the corporate run shops do, so we have little power to request better prices. With how much the prices have been changing due to inflation, it's been simplest to not post them as relabling the store every few days would take away from other tasks.
