HORRIBLE! My husband took my 5 year old son to get a last minute haircut, and from the very beginning this barber had a bad attitude ! When my husband was trying to explain how he wanted our sons hair cut the barber was NOT not paying attention, not even looking at him. He brushed him off and said yeah I know what Im doing my husband did not like his attitude at all but ignored it at first and decided to trust him and let him cut our sons hair. He started cutting our sons hair and completely ignored everything my husband said & he told him that wasnt what he asked for & then the barber started getting aggressive, yelling and even got in my husbands face trying to fight him saying whos the barber me or you?, my husband told him to not yell at him and if that was how he treated all of his clients he than said this is my shop Ill yell if I want to!. My husband was not about to fight with this man in front of our 5 year old son so he then proceeded in telling our son lets go after the barber heard my husband say that he then ripped the cape off of my sons neck with aggressive force, my son told me his neck hurt after that. My husband told the barber that he was leaving a bad review on yelp and the the barber yelled at him you better not do that!. This experience was the worst, please dont take your kids here he obviously does not care about customer satisfaction or hurting his clients! Service: Haircut
