This was the worst hair barber colorist Ive experienced in my entire life! Dee is horrible at color matching and his poor quality color, bleach ruined my hair! He got no manners, after he saw a mess up he made. Dee doesnt answer for his mistakes. I also realized he deletes real negative reviews and posts positive reviews from his own emails, I put attachment of how he hypes his own business with his own reviews you can see his names on all those profiles! Dee is worst experience ever!

Dee severely damaged my hair. I went to do full highlights and he left me with light orange and yellow spots all over my head and uneven, not matching highlights on top and bottom. I literally have yellow white stripes on top and orange on bottom and I just wanted light Carmel highlights. Not only did he have a huge amount of foil bleed spots, but he also severely damaged my upper half way virgin brown hair and scalp. Now each day the yellow and white stripes are just falling off because he burned my hair with bleach. Now I have to go cut my long hair short and go do color correction Im literally crying. Before, I had long beautiful fine hair. Now its extremely thin, dry and damaged after Dee. I'm severely traumatized by this experience and very stressed. It took me years to grow out my hair for Dee to severely damage it. I did speak with Dee the same day after having hair done and he didnt want to solve his mistake or give me a refund so I could get it fixed. Im now left with ruined hair. I paid $245 for ruined hair, he asked to pay $100 more on top of Groupon's price because he said the color products they use guarantee wont turn your hair orange and that he can do the long hair highlights I want, thats main reason I came to him but got my hair ruined instead he was making a lot of excuses that its my hair fault that it was too long, that it tangles, that the hair color I had on and on, he made so many false excuses instead of apologizing and fixing what he ruined, he told me to go buy another Groupon and He will fix it are you serious??? You ruined it and I have to pay twice more to get your mistake fixed, and who would want to go back to the person who damaged it in the first place? If he was a professional, he would know what foil bleeds are. There are no excuses for it and also, over holding my top part with bleach, thats the reason why it turned out very dry and caused a lot more tangling then usual and severely falling out. When I was in the salon brushing my hair after he washed it, it was severely tangled because of his bleach and hair products.My hair does tangles because it's long and fine but not this extreme. I literally saw my hair breaking apart. He wouldnt reply anymore and wouldnt refund be careful people dont go to him. He will tell you he can do long hair highlights and instead severely damage, and then make excuses. I would also recommend, if you go to any salon in the future, always go through all the hair and root after getting it colored because I didnt fully look through it, only saw everything clearly when I got home, otherwise I wouldnt pay. I attached pictures of how he ruined and damaged my hair, so stay away and dont get scammed by his good reviews. Reply to the Owner: Nobody hacked you, review on here and on yelp are from real customer that you really ruined my hair thats why last pictures is a prove.

Dee Holland he ruins hair very badly, hes very rude and disrespectful after you leave salon and he doesnt answer for his mistakes and will reject calls and messages after he ruined your hair. And Dee Holland I know you will be reading this its not a scam this is real clients that you did hair few weeks ago. Hope your business will close soon with all reports and proves. You should only Cut and trim mens beards and hair at home. stop ruining womans beautiful hair that you dont know how to work with and blame them after you ruin the hair with unprofessional work. People do not get Groupon for hair barbers like Dee Holland, people who are very professional and know how to do great work wont advertise themselves on Groupon that means he doesnt have regular clients and unprofessional and wants to make money but not do qualify work. Replying to the owners response: Hello you are mistaken me for a different person I was your client a month ago or even more Im not a recent client that you had and ruin hair as well, I just found out recently that I could leave a review on here so I did since I had a very bad experience with you and want people to know, I dont know who you talking about because I do not speak Spanish at all and I never came with friends I came by myself to you and I payed hundreds to you waste of money and left with ruined hair. too many clients had very bad experience with you that you cant even remember who is who and just thinking its a same person. And yes you have 13 years of bad experience since you dont know how to professionally color and cut womans hair go again to beauty school so they can show you how to do professionally womans hair I can do better without 13 years of experience your disrespectful uneducated barber blaming people after ruining their hair.

I went to Dee .. for the first time today and was blown away at how kind and knowledgeable the man is . Ive been get my hair highlighted for years and I must say this is the best my hair has ever looked . He takes his time and listens to you .. I got this off Groupon but he has a new life long client Ill go back again and again I would give this man 10 stars if I could my hair has never looked this amazing.
