I typically refrain from leaving reviews, as I believe we all have room for improvement in various aspects of life. However, this review pertains not to the stylists or the personnel, but rather to the system in place.
I scheduled an appointment for my son's haircut at 12:20, yet he was called in for his turn 30 minutes later. My concern is: what is the purpose of making appointments if they are not adhered to? On a more personal note, why was there no apology or explanation provided for the delay in service? While systems are intended to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, the fundamental aspect of showing respect for everyone's time is something that cannot be taught by technology alone.
It's important to remember that we all have commitments, but a simple apology and acknowledgment of the error can go a long way in fostering understanding and goodwill.
