The Children's Place

Placed an order over 7 months ago, never received. Its been a huge problem dealing with customer service, and telling me to dispute, and then the bank says they have to deal with it. Was told Id receive a refund, and they never did. I call today, and they cant help me. I will never purchase another item from them again, what a horrible company. Customer service is garbage, so dont waste your time. I have no clue how theyre in business

If I could give 0 if I would, completely ruined Christmas for my family. I ordered my family's matching pajamas and Christmas presents from them. Shipped it to store so we could get it in time. When I put the order in I tried to add an alternate pick up person kept telling me invalid characters. Would not allow me to input a name, I went out closed the window but same thing next time I tried. But with time ticking away I made the order thinking I could add him after since the website was giving me so many issues. Boy was I wrong!!!! Called in and spoke with cs they can not give out the package if it didn't get put on the original order. I told them that the website wouldn't allow me. That didn't matter. No name no package. I live 170 miles from the store my brother lives in the same town so I was having him bring it with him for Christmas but guess not. Now not enough time to get alternatives. Smh very sad I offered to send him with a copy of my licenses but nope. I get security but that is a bit ridiculous since it was the Children's Place website that messed up and wouldn't allow me to add him. Will never shop here again. Encourage other people not too as well. Children's Place ruined Christmas for my family this year!!!! Called CS was offered a coupon for my troubles. I don't want a coupon I want the Christmas Presents for my family!!! Ironically my brother went to try to get the package anyway and when he got there to his dismay there wasn't an employee on the sales floor at all for 7+ minutes. They are so worried about "theft" they can give my brother my Christmas present but it is ok to leave the sales floor void of employees. Just a sad and pathetic way to do business...Good Job Julie and Tayana (probably misspelled) Lost a few customers over this. Guess this is why stores are getting shut down!!! Horrible customer service and relations.

My wife just got terminated for checking a suspicious thief which unfortunately didn't turn out that way. So this lady complained to corporate and my wife was fired. So apparently children's place condones thievery all you can grab their rules and policies are off the chart. It's just a lesson learned let people take what they want authorities won't do anything because the employees can't interfere come on people wake up. We are supposed to get rid of such actions not condone them. Well just to say the very least they lost an excellent employee now someone else will enjoy her better than this work place just expressing my pregnant wifes anguish.
