We reserved several tux rentals for our wedding. The wedding had to be postponed due to COVID, however we have been unable to contact the company. I attempted to contact them in every possible way and could not get ahold of an actual person. Finally, I did get someone, after being on hold for an hour. She was very kind and understanding and sent me a link to have our tuxes shipped after I explained about postponing the wedding. During this, I found out that the ties we are getting aren't just plain bow ties in the color we ordered but theyre hideous plaid striped with polka dots... She said she couldnt do anything at the time to fix the ties so I would have to call back (which I'm in the process of right now. I've been on hold for 40 minutes). The link that she sent is great for having the tuxes shipped, however it doesn't let me change the date of the wedding and you have to ship them all individually. So I'm going to have to go through each of our 6 tuxes, enter in my credit card info, and individually ship them all to the exact same location on the same date. Still can't do that though because I have no way to change the date. Very Very disappointed in their customer service.
