Wendy is amazing! We've worked with her on two home purchases now and both times she went above and beyond to help us get into our homes. I really can't praise her enough for all her hard work but I highly recommend going through her for a home loan. She has a fun personality and will make this experience as painless as possible.

Oh My God!  What a find!  My neighbor volunteered he just refinanced with the same broker for the 4th time and said they couldn't be beat. So less than 2 weeks ago, I contacted St Julien Home Loans and yesterday we closed on a VA refinance at 2.375%.  3 phone calls, 3 texts, two emails and one in-person signing later I'm saying to myself "WOW". Quick, cheap, thorough, no nonsense, reputable, efficient, enjoyable, did I say fast?  Anyway, impressive enough to want to take the time to write a review and HIGHLY recommend these hard working folks.

Wendy works tirelessly for her clients and has a tendency to under promises and over deliver, leading to happy surprises on closing day.
