O Bee Credit Union

This isn't the branch I usually go to but I had to make a funds transfer that day. The bank teller that attended to me wasn't as welcomeing as the ladies at the Yelm branch. At the end of my transaction she didn't even ask if I wanted my balance or ask if I needed anything else. I don't like to chit-chat with the tellers when they are working on my transaction so that I don't distract them and cause them to make a mistake. So I usually wait at the end. But since this person didn't make me feel like she wanted to help me I didn't ask for anything else. When I told her about being able to do shared bank transfers between shared credit unions she looked at me like I was crazy even though I had done these several times before. It was closing time so I didn't pursue the matter further. I will go to the Yelm branch to clear up the issue I was having. I love Obee I just didn't have a good experience with the particular teller.

They were very helpful, we had to go in just cashing a check. we didn't have an account there but they were still very friendly. I think we're going to go back and open up an account. They've been around for a long time. And we like to support the community.

Very good experience with tumwaters location. Really have been helpful and worked with me on everything Glad to have this bank as my bank.
