I was blatantly profiled, and it was unacceptable. I will never be returning to the store. I work retail I know what profiling looks like. I gave no indication in my body language, or what I was wearing that I was some sort of crackhead or stealer like they thought. I watched every single associate eyeball me and follow me everywhere. I went and the amount of times that I was around other customers yet I was the one being focused on was uncomfortable and unsettling. I regularly shop at ulta stores this was beyond disappointing

Was profiled and followed around the store and the associate kept peeking around fixtures while I waited in line to pay. She refused to help another guest who came up to her and said she was helping someone and looked at me and asked again if I needed help. She then went to the gentleman who cashed me out and they watched me outside the windows. Extremely uncomfortable, only came in for a lip liner. Ill be shopping from brands directly now so I dont support this location. Train your people better, not every person who walks in is a thief. My time in the store was 3/22 at 645pm if management cares to look into it, I will provide HER name.

Girls here burst into laughter after i entered store and said brand of parfum i wanted,dunno if they were discussing something funny or my accent was funny to them,whatever it is ,its unprofessional and uncouth,and lack of etiquette to laugh out aloud after welcoming a customer in store,am in business and i know its wise to respect all your customers and make them feel comfortable to shop,had wanted to make more purchases but felt soo turned off,and bought one brand of parfum !
