        BuSsIN!!!! They I have everything you can ever one moment issue of them also the mans cologne I put up in the back so you have to ask them associate and they were a little bit shorthanded at Sams but other than that this is one of my favorite stores shut off to Sephora but Ulta Beauty just has a different vibration..

        Jack is really great (in the brow bar)! She does exactly what I want and always does a really good job. Everyone else is always very helpful and friendly. I did have one bad experience when I tried getting a hair color there, quite a while ago. They had just changed their products somehow and it came out funny. She said a re-do wasn't possible...

        I'm a guy that likes a really good haircut. The person that used to cut mine for a long time moved, so I haven't had a good haircut in years despite trying several different people/ salons. I kept running into a person at our local grocery store that always had great hair and she pointed me to a specific person at Ulta. Well, I called and that person was on vacation or leave for some time and I decided to try their recommendation, Hana. Hana has cut my hair twice now and I'm thrilled. It hasn't looked this good in years. Would definitely recommend her and she now does my wife's hair too.

        While it may seem like a negative review, my intention is constructive criticism. I am a "seasoned citizen" who went in hoping to get some help with products for my aging skin. I had recently gotten some excellent pointers and products at the Federal Way store so decided to try Southcenter since I was in the area. Much to my disappointment I felt invisible the whole 45 minutes it took me to figure out which product might work and it's not because they weren't staffed. The women in cosmetics were both waiting on one young woman and could not even take a moment to ask me if I needed help. After standing there patiently waiting, interrupted to ask if it would be alright for me to apply a demo eye product myself since they were busy.. I was told I could and they would help me shortly. Maybe their memory is as bad as mine because neither one made any effort. I ended up dropping some substantial $ only because I needed products for an upcoming trip and didn't have time to go to their competitor. Sorry to say the whole experience felt like I was a victim of ageism. For what it's worth, don't let all these wrinkles and saggy skin fool you, there's still a fibrant woman inside who likes to be and look the best she can with what God's dealt out. I'm grateful for the experience and opportunity to look inside myself and know that it wasn't a reflection on me. Those young women will understand someday what it is like reconciling feelings around aging and how just a smile or a "can I help you?" Can expand the heart of the giver and the recipient.
