Updated to 1 star from 5. The service has shifted. I dont know if theres new management or what. I scheduled an appointment to come in and purchase several bras in my size. When I got there only one or two are available so I ordered the rest. They were supposed to call me when that order came in but months went by and I had to call them. They had no record of ordering the bras. I tried to remember off the top of my head, the colors and sizes and she said that she would contact the Gig Harbor store and get back with me. That was over a year ago. I never heard back and no longer use them. I have found better product availability, prices and sizes online. Great individual, specialized service and fitting. Adriana was extremely helpful!

I have now ordered my last 3 bras from Judy's and their customer service is excellent! First of all, you will find a great bra that is a perfect fit and very comfortable, even if you are plus size! I have had a fitting and assistance over the phone, both times they have been wonderful and easy to communicate with! Thank you Judy's!!

I always, get the best service. The ladies, have several different types, of garments to try on. I love them!
