The lady at Windsor was super sweet! She helped me pick out my outfit for my birthday. I got lots of compliments. Very friendly service and staff. Always 4 stars from me. A++ for quality clothing and customer services. Thank you so much :)

I took my niece here for her prom dress. We had a very positive experience. The employees were very helpful. And we left with a beautiful dress. I was very apprehensive because of the reviews here. But I am totally pleased.

Employee walked in on me in dressing room when I had a marker hung up with the amount of clothing items I was trying and the room was clearly occupied. She opened the curtain all the way and then stood there and stared at me and didnt say anything. Really felt violated and will attempt to file a more formal complaint with the company. Unnecessary And gross behavior.

The employees here are very rude.. and that really makes it an uncomfortable place to shop even though the clothes is extremely cute. I had just walked in and a lady at the cashier with orange blonde hair just gave me this nasty stare as if wondering what I was doing there. I literally felt as if I had walked into a high end clothing store dressed in rags. Which I didnt as the clothing here isnt all expensive and I was not dressed terribly so I could not figure out what the problem was. They need to get better customer service training and fix their attitudes because its their job to deal help the customer and be welcoming not make people feel self conscious and uncomfortable. Or just find another job that doesnt involve dealing with the public and judging them on how they look.
