        The guy is very understanding. At preferred auto sales you are in safe hands and you also get a car of your choice very easily. I just walked away with a 2014 Ford explorer in good shape and great price too. Thanks guys for quickly resolving the other issues I had.

        Bought a 2009 Lexus RX350 last week. Al was great and highly recommend. Not pushy and straight shooter. Came to look at a different car and found the car of my dreams for a great price. Definitely would buy again when the time comes to get another car.

        Al and Josue were both extremely helpful in purchasing our Subaru! They made the process really easy. We took the car same day for a private inspection and was able to work with Al to get a few things taken care of (oil and brakes) before we picked it up to take home. Would definitely work with Al and Josue again!
