Don't call them for service. I called today because my 21 Stelvio is dead in my driveway. They said they are too busy and won't
accept any new tow-ins. Glad I bought a car I can't drive until who knows when.

Dave which I believe is sales manager there really is not willing to listen and or build any type of relationship or report with potential customers. Out of respect to other sales people involved I will not offer more because I really expected and believed we would be able to come to an agreement. We ended up purchasing a 2019 sentra certified pe owned with warranty from kurom Nissan in Puyallup a couple of days later. We were and still are put back by his lack of respect for prospective buyers and I kind of understand why he was the only person there. No other customers or sales personnel were ever present.
