During this process, I had contractors waiting on this install. Purchased a fiberglass tub, which turned out defective. First salesman gave me a replacement delivery day. When I called the morning of, a second salesman replied with attitude "I don't know who told you THAT (we get deliveries today)" and relayed the replacement would arrive the following day. When I called the next morning, I was told that the replacement did not get loaded onto the truck and would not be arriving. At this point, they offered to drop the replacement directly at my residence...in three days. When I called THAT morning, I was told that the replacement was indeed on a truck, but headed to two other long-distance delivery locations and it would not be delivered until later that afternoon. I was also told at this point that the replacement had been in a warehouse less than an hour's drive from my residence. When the tub arrived, it was also of poor quality and the delivery driver took it upon himself to argue with my contractor about the condition of the product. We did not accept delivery. When we went to the store itself to select a different product, the salesman was disagreeable, and the same delivery driver made a snide remark to my wife and contractor during the visit. The faulty products were disappointing, but that reflects on the manufacturer. The toxic employees and incompetent logistics are on Keller.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. We live in yelm, drove back and forth now 3 times to have the employee Emily order us our faucets wrong. They made us pay overnight shipping to get the wrong faucet once again. And now they're saying it might not be here Friday. Just save your money and go to a company that is able to actually get something right for once.
