    Update: Appointment now scheduled. Waiting to see what comes of it. After a routine 30k mile Audi Care service at Audi Tacoma Service, my car experienced a 15-20% reduction in acceleration. Despite follow-up attempts, including a wasted trip from Redmond on Saturday for a diagnostic appointment that they cancelled, the issue remains unresolved. Disappointing service and lack of assistance.

    Dan Petty, the service advisor I worked with was very prompt with all my messages and was even able to get me a loaner when my car had to be in the shop for multiple weeks. He kept me updated every step of the way while not trying to sugar coat delays due to shipping issues or troubleshooting a very complex electrical system. I would absolutely recommend Dan as an absolute pro service advisor to work with.

    I just wanted to say thank you Dan for making this experience a better one at first some things happen that were unfortunate and I became really upset Dan you really made it easier to deal with with your customer service patience and care and ability to put yourself in my shoes and sympathize maybe service manager should be your next move as a previous manager myself . I seen how it was when I was there my first time for about 5 hours you were doing the best you could with what looked liked a little to much going on for the overall dept to deal with but you still were cool calm and collected even with the challenges warranty gave you. Thank you Dan for texting me updates along the way a few times a day to let me know promptly about parts coming status of the car with photos and not even having to ask first thanks for keeping in touch and communicating with me thru it. Mike thanks for probably overseeing it all I know our conversation wasnt the best at first on my part because I was upset but I appreciate you standing by what you said. I can say that you guys will take care of the customer from my experience the best you can and I believe that now I am very thankful thus far with the work being done the last few days you guys went above and beyond my expectation on the damaged hood from a rock I recommend when getting work like this go thru their boss man there isnt even a hint of damage going this route WOW.Thank you for finding the faulty rear taillight and replacing my window due to unforeseen circumstances I will be saving up to come back for a clear coat and services to the car as needed for maintenance and hopefully nothing warranty related for a long while. Thanks again for everything and truly standing by what you say and even more then whats promised. Excited to get my car back now lol

    This visit to the Audi service department was disappointing for a few reasons. The service department has been temporarily relocated(I was told for a year now?), and is not clearly marked. The service entrance was also blocked by semis offloading shiny new Mercedes. It's crazy to consider waiting two+ hours for an oil change, as I didn't realize they were also going to "clean" my q5. There was not enough seating for those of us who chose to wait. While I appreciate the vacuum, the exterior wash was terrible, streaky, and a waste of all of our time.
