Awesome experience! Friendly dude, gave us advice when we needed it, helped us view several homes and get a home we wanted. When he couldn't make a showing he made sure to have one of his colleagues show the home to us so we wouldn't miss out. He was very patient with us being first time buyers, answering our questions, and encouraging us when we would lose to another offer. We would recommend him to anyone in the area looking to buy or sell a home.

We worked with Nate in a very hot sellers market to buy a home and sell our existing home. We wanted a lot in a new property so it was a tough job for Nate but he was resourceful and patient. He reacted quickly to opportunities to make sure we didn't miss out and had a lot of knowledge about the real estate market. We were able to find a great home that we love and sell ours quickly. The process was smooth and Nate was amazing through it all.

Nate sold me my first house. He was attentive to my needs and didnt judge me when some of my wants were unconventional. He showed me rad places and steered me towards practical decisions. When I was loving a place that he could tell wasnt the best quality, he wasnt afraid to tell me his opinion on why it wouldnt be a great choice. He also helped me find a trusted lender who ultimately worked with me to qualify for something comfortable. Nate is also a chill dude who doesnt make me feel uncomfortable with sales pitches and whatnot (I went through a few realtors over the years that I just didnt click with). Hes also great when Ive had follow up questions even a year after I bought from him. Last, hes got a rockin beard but is very professional. I love the balance of professional enough to keep up on the market trends and finding and making deals with his actual personality and silliness/realness.
