We had an issue with our connection on a Friday night. On a cold Feb. night in Cache Valley ya just want to stay in where its warm and watch some TV. I knew it was after hours so thought Id just leave a voice mail and hope for a call back on Monday. I was pleasantly surprised to actually get an after hours call from Mitch asking me what he could do to get us up and going again. Mitch gave us some tech. suggestions and within 20 minutes we were back in business. We were very happy and impressed with their prompt and pleasant service!!

I was/am *very* excited about the upgrade from Astound's cable internet to Advanced Stream's fiberoptic service!
I am happy to say that the combination of new fiberoptic hookup and 'net hardware suggested by the AS team is functioning very well, and easily achieves 500+ download speed with an ethernet connection. (Still an impressive ~200 down on WiFi; outside even!)
What made this upgrade all that much better is that the gentlemen that came to install our system were on time, knowledgeable, and friendly! If this early experience with AS is anything like what we can expect in the future, we're very much looking forward to it!
