I am looking into other providers. To many internet outages. Sometimes short outages, but if there is a storm it can be 24 hours or more before it is restored. So many things are connected to the internet These days. So frustrating. Customer service is great, but that being said you cant run computers and TVs off off customer service.

Didn't have much problem when we switched over to a new modem 8 months ago. Being a gamer household, we are now experiencing alot of disconnects from the internet for 5-20 minutes at a time. This gets really frustrating. They said that they are still trying to fix this issue with with Click! network.
