This practice is very professional. Ive had an appointment with each of the doctors there, and all of them are wonderful! My last appointment was with Dr. Castillo and he is very warming and knows how to make people feel comfortable. The technicians are all very friendly and make the experience great. Highly recommend this place! I like that they give us enough time after check in to fill out paperwork, it makes me feel less rushed!

I was there this afternoon for my first appointment and the office staff was great and the nurse was very nice then the Dr came in asked me the same question many times after I gave him an answer then yelled at me and when I told him not to yell at me he went out and got someone and told them I was in the wrong because he wasn't listening to why I was there nor did he read the notes the dr and the lady he pulled into the room where very unprofessional and very rude I do not recommend anyone go here ( EYE MD's PUDGET SOUND Suite 210) they do not care about you. They never told me I would be getting my eyes dilated to have someone drive you and they kicked me out about 10-20 min after they dilated them and I had to drive home in the dark, in the rain not being able to see properly. I have never been treated like this by medical staff anywhere I have been it is very unacceptable I will be making a formal complaint and I have reported then to my PCD hopefully they will change the main referral for Eye specialist.

Had my exam, got my glasses and couldn't see to read or distance. Talked to the place had to go back in. Now I'm really poor, took a year to save to buy the non reflective lenses for glasses, never saw the eye Dr only the young lady that did exam. She was rushed and wasn't sure about her thought it went way to fast. And again couldn't see. Now I'm stuck with a pair glasses I can't see out of. And $140 in the hole.
